I love the family atmosphere of this place plus the food and service are great

We had an excellent experience in this spot. We enjoyed the great environment and the menu. The waiters are super attentive. I am content we ultimately decided to eat here.

Good was good, portion size was great, prices were surprisingly good, especially for the portion size, cozy place. Will most likely give it 5 stars after I get to know them better & try more meals.

Tried to take my family out to dinner and Kristie's was the closest resteraunt we could walk to that was still open since the website states that they're open till 10 pm. So at 8:45 we start walking and arrive at 8:55. As we walk in we are told that they are closed, regardless of the other people still in there eating, as we get turned away. Not too many options in this town at that hou r especially when you don't have a car. It would be nice if places would actually honor the hours posted

We come down from Lone Pine. Kristy's is our first stop before we shop. Our meal has always been great 🙂

We stopped at Kristy's for dinner and we found a tasteful and home made food. The staff was warm and nice. Is an excellent place if I come back to California, I'll come back to Kristy's!!!

Good ole, home cooking in a cute diner with that family vibe. Covid 19 modified for dine in service. They have patio seating that's cooled with fans and an ac unit. I was comfortable and it was 103 degrees out. Staff was friendly, and the food was good. Hit the spot after a weekend of outdoor play!

Had a great 1st experience. The staff was quick, helpful and friendly. The breakfast plate I chose was delicious! I would recommend this place for any non-local like myself.

Loved Kristy's vegetable soup with groud beef.Their ribeye steak is the best I've had in a long, long time. I'll be back for sure.

Great Breakfast... Great People.. I stopped here on my way to Death Valley and the meal was perfect.... Very tasty and filling.

My family ordered dinner at kristys. We had a couple of items missing so we called about it. Without asking any questions they offered me any free meal I wanted. The food was delicious but the great customer service was 1000%. Please remember to order from kristys for nutritious meals.

The chicken parmesan arrived soggy but was remade and delivered crispy and hot. It was surprisingly decent for a dish made with chicken strips.

They have a great menu but after several times of eating here I've come to the conclusion that they will always get my order wrong. I guess asking for 'no mushroom' or 'no blue cheese' every single time I've went just won't work.

Sweet little place. Very kind staff and fabulous dishes. Chicken noodle soup is a must-try.

Delicious meal , amazing, friendly service. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a solid meal. We went on Thanksgiving and the service was fast and friendly. The Thanksgiving special was great.

It was clean. The waitress was awesome. However, I ordered Chicken Fried Steak. It tasted like breaded, spoiled and sour soy burgers. I couldn't finish because it made me feel nauseated

Fast fast fast. Good food love the service a great place to take a family . Very modern facilitie good sized food portions fairly wide selection of food options Central and easy to find. Booths easy to get into highly recommended way better than Denny'sGlenda said the bathroom where ok. Not perfect other than that good experience.

Standard family restaurant, food was good for the price. Seemed clean. Staff was friendly, though quite busy. A good spot to stop for a quick bite. Not gluten free menu and limited vegetarian options

I am staying in Ridgecrest for work and living out of a hotel. I utilized door Dash to deliver my meal. I ordered the ground beef quesadilla from Kristy’s family restaurant. It came properly and it was actually hot when It got to my hotel room. It came with guacamole dip and a salsa dip. It was pretty tasty thank you.

Much better service now. But the chicken fried steak was disgusting. It was not steak.

Fantastic. I haven't had chicken fried steak in a few years and can't be happy that I broke that fast at this restaurant. It was perfect. Seasoned immaculately, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The gravy was also spot-on. Rich and well rounded. I would order a second one if I could watch how the cook does it.

Wow! Great diner and the waitress was fabulous. I wish I got to try the cinnamon roll French toast, but they were all out. 😩 They were probably out cause they are so super-excellent! Anyways, I settled for the waffle with strawberries and whip cream which was stupendous. My husband got one of the breakfast burritos smothered in gravy/sauce that made his eyes pop out of his head... Teeheee... Thanks for the extravagant breakfast that also covered lunch and dinner for us.

One of the more popular eateries in Ridgecrest. Hearty portions, friendly and efficient staff. Nice ambiance. We'd recommend Kristy's over the usual fast food options.

Susie was my server for dinner and breakfast the next day. She went far beyond merely bringing food to me. She offered helpful suggestions about the area and even gave me her phone number if I needed help! Who does that? So impressed by her genuine interest and care. Thank you, Susie.Dinner was meatloaf with REAL mashed potatoes, gravy, dinner roll, and soup.I actually can't remember what I had for breakfast, but it was fine.Menu is typical diner food, ambitious variety. Prices are astonishingly low.They have an easy access parking lot. Good location on major street.

Cesar and staff were very welcoming to my sisters and I when we stopped our our way through town. They stopped at our table as often as they could to talk to us and ask about our trip. The menu is basic American and Mexican comfort food with exceptional flavor. There are choices for even the pickiest of eaters, and very good selection of dessert items. Keep it up Cesar and friends. You’re doing great!

The food we got was amazing! The place was so clean too.

Poor food and service. Best part of the meal was the dinner roll which obviously came out of a bag. Veggies were canned, cold, and mushy. Pork chops were overcooked and flavorless. Never got the baked potatoes we ordered. My mom's fried chicken was as tough as shoe leather. Our server said she'd "take care of our check" and we got 10% discount on the bill. Considering we didn't get more than 10% of the meal I think we got robbed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

As good as traditionl american dinners get. All the favorites - breakfast all day, country fried steak, burgers, etc. A few surprises like vegitarian flour tortilla veggie rolls.

Service was good. I had the Avocado Jack burger and it was decent. My friend had the French dip and apparently was very good and tender.

Great food most of the time. Great service 9/10 visits. Prices are definitely reasonable. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Ridgecrest.

Nice staff and the food was great. For a small town the prices were a bit high. However, from what I understand it's a place where the locals go. Outside patio for smokers or ppl just wanting some fresh air.

This is our breakfast home place! Waitresses and bus boys are charming and remember your name. Biscuits and gravy are the staple!

DO NOT EAT FRIED ANYTHING FRIED! The breading was super dark and you could smell the burnt flour. Fries weren't fully cooked and like soggy noodles. Buffalo sauce was ridiculously tangy to the point of sour. The only good part, the club sandwich, which if you're a restaurant, you better not screw up a classic sandwich like that. I'm surprised you're still in business with amature kitchen cooks.
